We accept returns on full-priced APPAREL items within 40 days of purchase. Returns are only eligible for STORE CREDIT which will be paid out in the form of gift cards. Except for in special cases (defective merchandise, etc), the customer will be expected to pay the return shipping cost. There is no refund on the original shipping cost of the item.
Note that we offer this service on apparel items because we understand that it's hard to be sure of fit when purchasing online. All other items (accessories, jewellery, stationery, etc) are non-returnable.
What items are returnable?
- Within 40 days of your order
- Full priced apparel items only
- Unwashed, unworn and undamaged (if it sat on your bed for a week and got covered in cat hair, this counts as damaged! If you live in a smoking household and the item smells strongly of cigarettes, this counts as damaged! Sorry!)
What items are non-returnable?
- Accessories, paper goods and non-apparel items
- Sale items
Are there any charges for return?
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
- There are no additional restocking fees

How soon will I get my store credit?
- Within a week of receiving your return, it will be inspected & we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If you are approved for a store credit, you will receive an email with a gift card code for the full purchase value of the returned item.
