For your convenience, there's a shipping calculator located at the bottom of the shopping cart page. After you've added items to your cart it will tell you how much it will cost for us to ship them to you.
Orders containing only small items can be sent via Canada Post letter mail. This only applies to items that meet the thickness and weight restrictions in place. Letter mail DOES NOT include tracking and has no delivery window guarantee. It *usually* arrives within 4 weeks, but it should be considered the budget option and not relied upon for punctuality!
Canada Post Expedited and Xpresspost parcels ship every TUESDAY and FRIDAY. PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING ESPECIALLY BUSY TIMES SUCH AS THE HOLIDAY SEASON AND NEW COLLECTION LAUNCHES, YOUR ORDER MAY BE PUSHED TO THE NEXT SHIP DATE. We're a small team trying our best! Expedited & Xpresspost parcels DO include tracking.
FedEx Ground and FedEx Express Saver range in delivery time from 1 to 7 business days. Orders placed before 4 PM EST with a FedEx service chosen as the shipping method will ship out the following business day. Exact timing is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location within Canada. These services are guaranteed.
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR YOUR ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, PLEASE EMAIL SUPPORT@STAYHOMECLUB.COM INSTEAD OF GOING THROUGH THIS RETURN PROCESS.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- Within 30 days of delivery date of your shipment
- Full priced apparel items only
- Unwashed, unworn and undamaged (if it sat on your bed for a week and got covered in cat hair, this counts as damaged! If you live in a smoking household and the item smells strongly of cigarettes, this counts as damaged! Sorry!)
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
- Accessories, paper goods and non-apparel items
- Sale items
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
- There are no additional restocking fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable when opting for a refund. If opting for store credit, the amount credited will include your original shipping charge.
HOW DO I RETURN?

- Within 48 business hours you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
- If you are approved for a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. Depending on your bank you can usually expect to see the refund appear within 10 days.
- If you are approved for a store credit, you will receive an email with a gift card code for the full value of the returned item + your original shipping charges.
